Thank you for your interest in hiring the Hub! We’re excited to offer our versatile ground-floor space, perfect for community gatherings, meetings, workshops, or events. The Hub is a welcoming and flexible venue situated on the Aberystwyth High Street that can meet a range of needs. Here’s how you can hire our space:
What’s Included
Ground-floor space: A large, open area ideal for hosting events or activities, with a refreshment serving counter for food and drinks.
COMING SOON! Kitchen: Available for hire either with the main space or separately, equipped to support food preparation for your event.
You can hire either the ground-floor space, the kitchen, or both, depending on your requirements.
Hire Rates
We offer the following rates based on your event type and the days of the week:
Sunday to Thursday Rates:
Ground-floor space only: £40 per day (up to 6 hours)
Ground-floor space + kitchen use: £50 per day (up to 6 hours)
The additional charge covers kitchen wear and tear and electricity.
Friday and Saturday Rates:
Ground-floor space only: £50 per day (up to 6 hours)
Ground-floor space + kitchen use: £60 per day (up to 6 hours)
The additional charge covers kitchen wear and tear and electricity.
If these rates are beyond your budget, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate community groups and projects.
Booking Process
Submit an Inquiry: Please complete our Hire Inquiry Form to provide details about your event, including preferred date, time, and any specific requirements.
Confirm Your Booking: Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a booking agreement to secure your slot.
Payment: We can only accept payment online. You’ll receive an invoice once your booking is confirmed.
Important Information
Setup and Cleanup: We kindly ask that you ensure the space is left clean and tidy after your booking. This helps us keep the Hub a welcoming space for everyone.
Additional Hours: If you need more than 6 hours, let us know in advance, and we can discuss extended hire options.
